Ryan J. Bradley

Ryan Bradley.jpg

Ryan J. Bradley has spent over 20 years in ministry engaged in teaching, preaching, pastoral council, and leadership development. He brings a wealth of experience, having served as the Director of Curriculum for the School of Ministry in The American Baptist Churches of Massachusetts, hospital chaplain, assistant football coach at Springfield College (with additional focus on team leadership and character development), developer of high school enrichment programs, keynote speaker at high profile events, published author, church planter, and pastor within the local church.

Having completed his graduate work at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Ryan has devoted himself to helping others in their walk with Christ, through in-depth theological training, mentoring, and providing council as a pastor and faith-based life coach. Pivotal to his own sense of calling in ministry, his son’s battle with leukemia and meningitis shaped and motivated Ryan to ask the deeper questions and encourage people to hold onto faith in the darkest moments of life. This cause still shapes his ministry, as he encourages the “wrestle of faith” that we all must engage in.

Ryan is a dedicated family man. His wife and three sons are his biggest blessings in life. In June 2025, the Bradleys moved to Northern Virginia to start this new phase of life and ministry. When there’s time for himself, you can find him with his guitar - entrenching himself in writing and expressing himself through music - or out in the soil with his newfound love of gardening.
