Life Coaching

All of us go through hard and trying seasons of life. In these moments, it is incredibly helpful to have an experienced professional guide in the development of strategies and processes that provide real results. At Encountering Ministries, we also believe it is essential to develop the spirit within us, and to see where faith can provide answers to life’s most crucial questions. Whether you’ve been struggling for years, going through a season of hardship, or just wrestling for meaning and purpose in life, Pastor Ryan brings years of experience both as a professional AND as one who is familiar with the pains that life can sometimes bring us. He has worked with all age groups, including extensive work with youth and families. No matter what your situation – there is hope!

We have been very fortunate to have Ryan as part of our team’s life (Springfield College Football) for over ten years. Ryan has helped us develop our playbook for life. The mentorship he has provided in team building, character development, and mental toughness—especially when life hits hardest—has been truly amazing. His impact goes far beyond any football program. Through his workshops, one on one sessions and on field coaching we are all truly better for him being part of our lives
Ryan was the driving force behind the creation of RTP—Relationships, Talent, and Purpose—helping our guys find a greater sense of meaning and discover their true identity and calling  beyond the playing field. He has been instrumental in shaping our mission of developing better men, Brothers, and players. Without his constant guidance, care, and passion, we would not be the program—or the people—we are becoming today.
